Job summary

Danish Crown A/S is seeking a seasoned Global Process Owner for Reward & Benefits to lead strategy, governance and continuous improvement of global reward frameworks and benefit processes. You will ensure competitive, compliant and scalable practices aligned with the People & Culture strategy across markets.

You will partner with global leaders to harmonize standards, drive data integrity and deliver high-quality employee experiences throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Transformation, or related fields.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive standardization in a complex setting.
• Analytical, creative and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience leading IT and change/improvement projects.
• Ability to balance global standards with local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global owner for Reward & Benefits processes and align end-to-end processes across compensation, benefits, job architecture and reward cycles.
• Establish and lead the governance, controls and decision-making principles for global reward processes.
• Partner with Senior Leadership, HR Business Partners, P&C Operations, Finance and Legal to shape total reward direction.
• Lead process design in global improvement initiatives focusing on simplification, automation and digitalization.
• Define system requirements in collaboration with HR IT teams (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors).
• Drive data integrity, availability and reporting standards for Reward & Benefit processes.
• Support user acceptance testing and change impact assessments for technology releases.
• Define and maintain global KPIs and dashboards to measure process compliance, performance and employee experience outcomes.
• Monitor process performance and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and insights for leadership and recommend strategic actions.
• Maintain global process documentation, maps and work instructions.
