You will join our global Talent Management Centre of Excellence

As our new Global Talent Management Consultant, you will be part of a small team, which is one out of 4 Centre of Excellence departments covering our global HR services. Our Talent Management (TM) processes and services are embedded throughout the global organisation and covers deliverables within performance management, career development, engagement surveys, talent review, succession planning etc. In this role you will lead key initiatives such as career development and in partnership with the Business you will ensure that we evolve our current TM processes to fit the future needs of Ramboll.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
  • Design and drive global TM processes and roll-out, such as an improved Talent Review process and Career Development
  • Drive development and integration of global talent and performance management activities and capability frameworks based on strong subject matter expertise within TM
  • Drive consistent global communication towards stakeholder groups supported by relevant communication platforms
  • Creation of material for Executive Management teams and other stakeholders
  • Development and design of new strategic TM concepts and processes
  • Monitor the success of existing processes (e.g. by using metrics and analytics) and proactively recommend improvements to ensure continuous development
  • Identify and design requirements for IT systems and technology required to effectively enable our TM processes
Your starting point for constant growth
  • Master’s degree in Business, HR, or related subjects
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience on a global scale
  • 3+ years of experience in designing programs and knowledge of TM processes and initiatives
  • Proven experience with project management
  • Strong change management skills to ensure successful implementation of TM initiatives
  • Experience within global working cultures
  • Superior communication skills in English and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Workday experience/knowledge is beneficial
