Job summary

Accenture Nordics in Denmark is seeking a Total Rewards Senior Analyst to help design and deliver compensation and benefits programs that align with our people strategy. You will partner with HR, payroll, and leadership to drive fair, data-driven rewards across Denmark.

You bring experience in Total Rewards, HR analytics, knowledge of Danish labor law, and proficiency with Workday and Power BI. The role offers a collaborative culture, continuous learning, and the opportunity to shape reward

Qualifications

• Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, HR Analytics, Finance, HR Operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Danish labor legislation, reward practices, and regulatory requirements, or the ability and enthusiasm to quickly develop expertise in these areas.
• Experience working in a multinational or complex organization.
• Experience using Workday or similar HR information systems.
• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Readiness to work with AI-enabled tools and an interest in using emerging technology to improve insights, efficiency, and ways of working.
• Flexibility and comfort working in an evolving role whose responsibilities may change dynamically as the company, team, and business needs develop.
• Professional fluency in both Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of compensation and benefits programs, helping ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
• Partner with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to provide guidance, insights, and support on reward-related matters.
• Contribute to annual salary review cycles, compensation benchmarking, and off-cycle reward processes.
• Collaborate with payroll and HR operations teams to ensure reward-related inputs are accurate and completed on time.
• Support benefits and reward inquiries by gathering information, analyzing data, and helping identify practical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting, and simplify ways of working.
• Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Nordics & Netherlands Total Rewards team.
• Maintain strong governance, documentation, and attention to detail across recurring and ad hoc activities.
