Job summary

Terma Group seeks a Senior Director to shape portfolio governance, drive project excellence, and enable capabilities across a growing organization. You will lead a 3-4 person team, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and collaborating across functions to deliver transformation.

The role requires extensive senior leadership experience in large enterprises and a strong ability to influence and align stakeholders toward sustainable growth and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting experience at Partner level or equivalent senior leadership.
• Experience in large enterprises with portfolio management, governance, and enablement.
• Master's degree or higher in Strategy, Management, or MBA.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio governance frameworks and strategic decision support across functions.
• Lead development of project-excellence capabilities and standardized ways of working.
• Support enterprise strategy formulation and transformational initiatives.
• Act as enabling partner, aligning stakeholders and driving progress.
