Job summary

Terma Group seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to own prioritized IT initiatives within the IT Strategy and Transformation team. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT delivery teams and architects to drive value and ensure solutions address real business problems.

You bring 3+ years delivering complex IT projects, strong stakeholder management, and a solid toolbox of project management methods.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience delivering complex IT projects, preferably with experience as a management consultant or in a similar role.
Experience with AI, CRM, digital transformation or business optimization initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including engaging with senior business leaders.
Solid project management toolbox (certifications preferred, not required).
Commercial mindset with understanding of digitized workflows contributing to growth.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of prioritized IT projects across the organization.
Develop and maintain clear project plans, governance structures, and milestone tracking.
Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment with business management, IT, and vendors.
Facilitate decision-making forums and report progress with clear facts.
Act as sparring partner for scoping, prioritization, and structuring IT initiatives.
