Job summary

Terma Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager to own work packages and subprojects across functions. You will coordinate with stakeholders, align priorities, and drive progress with increasing autonomy within Terma's Program Excellence (PrX) team.

You will support the VP and leadership in coordinating activities, building capabilities, and strengthening governance in a rapidly growing international business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related delivery‑focused role.
• Solid understanding of project execution principles, work package management, and progress reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams, functions, and departments.
• Genuine interest in how different disciplines and skillsets fit together, plus a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work packages and lead cross‑functional subprojects spanning multiple departments.
• Drive cross‑departmental initiatives that build capabilities, strengthen governance, and enable collaboration across Terma.
• Manage project reporting, compliance, progress tracking, and milestone delivery across interconnected workstreams.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring alignment and transparency among stakeholders.
• Promote adherence to project standards, governance practices, and execution frameworks across the organization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project execution methods and cross‑functional ways of working within PrX.
