Job summary

BOLIA is seeking a Market Development Coordinator to drive international expansion across markets. You will work hands-on with projects across multiple markets, ensuring progress, structure, and high-quality execution.

Based in Aarhus, you will travel approximately 40 days per year, collaborate with stakeholders, and help develop the expansion strategy while maintaining strong cross-cultural communication.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree in Business Development, Real Estate, Expansion, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Structured and organized work style with attention to detail.
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to take ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Drive international expansion projects and deal execution.
• Support negotiation and renegotiation of lease agreements with stakeholders.
• Coordinate across markets and departments for efficient execution.
• Prepare materials and analyses for expansion decisions and budgets.
• Ensure structured documentation and clear follow-up on all activities.
