Job summary

BOLIA in Aarhus is seeking a Customer Care Consultant fluent in Dutch to join our head office. You will be the ambassador for the Dutch market, handling sales and service, advising customers and stores by phone, email and social media, and collaborating across departments to deliver outstanding experiences.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication in English, and willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and occasional weekends as described.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing) is required.
• Proficient English (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and stores by phone, email and social media.
• Handle complaints with timely, satisfactory resolutions.
• Follow up on payments, deliveries and other admin tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments and stores.
• Ensure efficient workflows for customers and BOLIA.
