Job summary

Trackunit is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our IT Operations team, based in Denmark with a global scope. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software, and access issues and help keep our IT operations running smoothly as we scale.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, service orientation, and teamwork across a distributed IT team. You’ll support Windows/macOS, onboarding/offboarding, and security tooling in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Completion of IT-support education or equivalent vocational IT support training.
Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-line IT support for hardware, software, network, and access issues.
Manage device provisioning and lifecycle (laptops, peripherals) using device management tools (IRU/Intune).
Handle user onboarding and offboarding including identity/access management via Okta (SSO, SCIM).
Log, triage, and resolve tickets in Freshservice, meeting SLAs.
Maintain asset inventory and support hardware procurement/logistics.
Assist with endpoint security tooling (CrowdStrike) and security-related issues.
Collaborate with global IT Operations on processes and documentation.
