Job summary

Trackunit is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our IT Operations team, serving as the primary contact for Europe. You will provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, and access, helping keep our global IT operations running as we scale.

You’ll work hands-on with Windows/macOS, device provisioning with Intune, identity management via Okta, and ticketing in Freshservice, collaborating with a distributed team and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• For the IT-supporter qualification or equivalent EUD/vocational IT education; new grads welcome.
• Experience with Windows and/or macOS environments from apprenticeship or placements.
• Strong service attitude and ability to work both independently and in a distributed team.
• Excellent communication to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for hardware, software, and access issues.
• Manage device provisioning and lifecycle using device management tools.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding including Okta-based identity management.
• Log and triage tickets in Freshservice, meeting SLAs.
• Maintain asset inventory and support hardware procurement/logistics.
• Support endpoint security tooling and escalate security-relevant issues.
