Job summary

Kamstrup seeks a motivated IT Supporter to join our Global IT Service Desk. You will provide onsite support, configure equipment, troubleshoot issues across Windows and mobile environments, and collaborate with 2nd/3rd line teams to resolve incidents. English fluency is required in this international setting.

You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of technologies, work with colleagues across the business, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous learning in a service-minded culture.

Qualifications

• Have a relevant educational background in IT Support, or are about to complete your education.
• Have experience troubleshooting technical issues and supporting users in a modern IT environment. Experience with MacBooks is a plus.
• Approach challenges with a solution oriented mindset and have the ability to turn complexity into clarity through effective and user-friendly communication.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment where professional sparring, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning are part of everyday life.
• Are structured, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of your tasks end to end.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and configuring IT equipment, including laptops, mobile devices, and AV equipment.
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, iPhone, and Android environments.
• Working with Microsoft technologies such as Entra ID and Intune.
• Collaborating closely with our 2nd and 3rd line support teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Contributing actively to knowledge sharing and knowledge management, helping the entire team continuously improve.
