Job summary

Trackunit is seeking an IT-support specialist to provide global 2nd-line and 1st-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. You will manage device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and identity management with Okta, while maintaining asset inventory and supporting security tooling.

You’ll collaborate with the global IT Operations team and act as the local Denmark liaison for office tech. The role suits graduates with IT-support education, strong English, and a proactive service

Qualifications

Completed IT-supporter qualification or equivalent IT education.
Experience with Windows and/or macOS environments from apprenticeship or practice.
Proactive, service-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-line IT support to employees in person and globally.
Manage device provisioning, configuration and lifecycle for laptops and peripherals.
Handle onboarding and offboarding, including identity management via Okta.
Log, triage and resolve tickets in Freshservice, meeting SLAs.
Maintain asset inventory and assist with hardware procurement/logistics.
Support endpoint security tooling and escalate security issues per policy.
Collaborate with global IT Operations and act as local liaison for office tech in Denmark.
