Job summary

Trackman is seeking a dedicated Key Account Support Specialist to partner with our global customers from our DTU Science Park office in Hørsholm. You will coordinate with Support, Sales, and Product teams to resolve technical challenges and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, documentation, and a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment. A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred, with substantial remote-ready support experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, product support, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with internal teams.
• Familiarity with Windows, networking, and basic Linux environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage support cases, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues with internal teams.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to provide updates on cases and product developments.
• Perform quarterly readiness checks, trainings, and onboarding assistance for customers.
• Collect and share customer feedback to support product and service improvements.
