Job summary

ShieldPro Protection is seeking an ambitious Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of a contract restaurant in Randers, Denmark. You will oversee menu creation, maintain high quality, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

You will manage inventory, control costs, train a team of cooks, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while collaborating with events and catering teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as Executive Chef or similar.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of current food safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
