Qualifications

Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Odense. As the head of the kitchen you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation ensuring high quality and consistency in our dishes.

Key duties

• Your main duties will include menu planning, recipe development, food purchasing and inventory management.
• You will also be responsible for leading and training kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• A culinary degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Knowledge of different cuisines and ability to create innovative dishes is a must.
• This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month including accommodation.
• Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Denmark.
• A minimum of 12th grade education is required for this job.
