Job summary

NovaMart Procurement in Aarhus, Denmark is seeking a skilled Executive Chef for a part-time role. You will lead kitchen operations, develop innovative menus, and uphold high quality standards across all prep and service.

You will train and supervise staff, manage inventory and ensure food safety compliance while delivering exceptional dining experiences. Accommodation is provided, and salary is 1300 USD per month, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques ingredients and plating techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification from a culinary school is preferred but not required.
