Job summary

PrimeDefense USA seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Odense kitchen, overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation with a focus on quality and consistency.

The role includes menu planning, recipe development, sourcing, and inventory management, as well as training staff and ensuring compliance with Denmark's food-safety regulations. This is a contract position with salary, including accommodation, and requires a valid work visa for Denmark.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of diverse cuisines and ability to craft innovative dishes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee menu planning and recipe development.
• Handle food purchasing and inventory management.
