Job summary

Deel is seeking an SDR Enterprise to break into new accounts and cultivate relationships across multiple contacts within target segments. You will work with the sales team, perform market research to identify potential customers and qualify leads based on onboarding fit and potential impact.

You will collaborate to build out the Playbook, experiment with campaigns, and develop outreach that converts. A fast-paced, remote environment with global collaboration and growth awaits.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role.
• Experience selling software in UAE market.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
• Strong time management and self-motivation.
• Proven track record of meeting targets in a quota-carrying role.

Responsibilities

• Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting to generate leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to build the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
• Educate and develop leads via calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
• Analyze lead generation processes and support handoff to Account Executives.
• Create email sequences and cold outreach to map and penetrate accounts.
• Follow up to secure meetings and advance opportunities.
