Qualifications

• Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound commercial role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple channels.
• Fluent in English + Nordics language and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities via inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Qualify prospects by understanding needs, challenges and readiness to engage.
• Create outreach sequences and personalized email campaigns; use cold-calling.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and sales tools.
• Refine lead-generation processes with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and pipeline.
