Job summary

Deel is seeking an SDR to drive growth by prospecting new accounts and building relationships across multiple contact levels. You will collaborate with the sales team, conduct market research, and qualify leads for onboarding.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Dutch, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. Remote-friendly with global scope and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound commercial role.
Fully proficient in English + Dutch.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across channels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
Organized, self-motivated, able to manage multiple outreach activities.

Responsibilities

Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting.
Learn from a seasoned sales team and help build the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
Educate and develop leads via calls, emails, events, and campaigns.
Understand lead generation processes and support marketing activities.
Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map accounts.
Follow-up until meetings are set.
