Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. requires a Documentation Specialist for its Grid Integration team. The position is based in the office in Ballerup, Denmark, with travel to Västerås, Sweden and Vaasa, Finland as part of the team.

You will manage project documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance across technical documents, while leveraging your engineering background and fluency in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; engineering background preferred.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in documentation management.
• Meticulous and proactive in supporting all project functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Fluent in Danish. English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the documentation deliverables within projects based on requirements and track costs and risks.
• Serve as main contact within the company and towards customers for documentation needs and vendor requirements.
• Administrate and check documentation in projects related to technical matters in DMS.
• Review documents to meet requirements and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Monitor and follow planned documentation delivery; store or submit documents as per project phase.
• Identify risks and opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement.
