Job summary
Schneider Electric Denmark is seeking a Technical Lead to join our Nordic Digital Power Application Center. You will lead technical aspects of customer projects from initial meetings to tendering and execution, ensuring compliance with requirements and delivery excellence.
You will collaborate with technical and sales teams across sites, drive technical scope, and mentor engineers in power distribution and SCADA/automation systems. Strong English and Danish are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher in electrical/computer/automation engineering.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution and control systems.
- Experience with SCADA/HMI programming and commissioning.
- Good command of English; Danish language skills preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to create technical offers.
- Drive technical scope and philosophy toward sales and clients.
- Create, review, and approve technical specifications for SCADA and control systems.
- Advise and support Project Managers with technical solutions and troubleshooting.
- Join execution teams to ensure technical quality during delivery.
- Contribute to adopting new technologies within the team.
