Job summary

Hitachi Energy Denmark A/S in Ballerup, Denmark, is seeking a Documentation Specialist to join the Grid Integration team. Based in Ballerup, you will manage project documentation deliverables, coordinate requirements with customers and vendors, and ensure document quality in our systems.

The role involves working with an international team and may require travel to Västerås, Sweden, and Vaasa, Finland, to support project documentation across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; engineering background preferred.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in documentation management.
• Meticulous and proactive in supporting all functions in the project.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Fluent in Danish. English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation deliverables within projects based on requirements and follow up on costs and risks.
• Serve as main contact with customers and stakeholders for documentation needs and vendor requirements.
• Administrate and verify documentation in projects related to technical matters in document management systems.
• Review documents to ensure they meet requirements and coordinate with engineering functions.
• Monitor and report on planned documentation delivery throughout project execution and store or submit docs as needed.
• Identify risks and opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement works.
