Mercier Consultancy Group in Bulgaria is seeking a Danish Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Sofia team. You will handle Danish-speaking client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely, high-quality service and accurate records in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria for on-site role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in contact center or service-oriented environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality assistance to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels
• Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining brand loyalty
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our internal CRM systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service escalations effectively and professionally
• Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate, real-time information
• Achieve individual and team-based KPIs focused on quality and resolution efficiency
• Contribute to a positive, professional office environment at our Sofia location
