The role focuses on delivering elite Danish-language customer support, handling inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, and maintaining high standards of service for our diverse client base.

Based in Bulgaria, you will work with a dynamic, global brand portfolio, using CRM tools to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with empathy and problem-solving.
• Experience in Customer Support Services is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with modern digital tools and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients in the Customer Support Services sector.
• Resolve complex inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
• Document all interactions in the CRM to ensure continuity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify service improvements and process optimizations.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide expert assistance.
• Ensure SLAs are met or exceeded daily.
