Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Analyst for a Fintech role in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will assist clients with digital banking platforms and fintech applications, providing high-quality support in Danish.

In this on-site position, you will resolve payment processing inquiries, analyze security issues, and collaborate with internal technical teams to elevate platform reliability. A relocation package and health insurance are provided.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written)
Valid EU passport
Interest in FinTech and digital financial trends
Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in an on-site international corporate environment

Responsibilities

Provide high-level assistance to clients regarding digital banking platforms and fintech applications
Resolve complex payment processing, transaction, and account-related inquiries with precision
Maintain clear, professional communication in Danish to ensure superior user satisfaction
Analyze account security and fraud prevention protocols within the FinTech regulatory framework
Collaborate with internal technical teams to troubleshoot and elevate platform-specific issues
