Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish Speaking Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. You will act as the main contact for Danish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Training and relocation support are provided to ensure a smooth move to Sofia. You will document all interactions in our CRM, collaborate with internal teams for process improvements, and stay current on product knowledge to offer

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• EU passport required.
• Strong communication and empathy.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus.
• Proactive and able to multitask.
