Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. You will provide multichannel support to Danish-speaking clients and resolve inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

This on-site role in Sofia requires relocation and a valid EU passport. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain CRM records, and work toward KPIs while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish (spoken and written)
• Experience in customer support or contact center is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality assistance to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Resolve complex inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
