Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish-speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. You will provide premium technical support to Danish users, assist with heart-rate and sleep tracking, and help customers maximize wearable benefits.

The role requires relocation to Sofia for on-site work. Excellent Danish, strong communication, and a passion for fitness tech are essential; prior tech support experience is a plus. Competitive relocation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Strong passion for the fitness and wellness industry and wearable tech.
Must relocate to Sofia for this on-site Danish-speaking job.
EU passport is mandatory.
Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Provide premium technical and product support to Danish-speaking Fitbit users.
