Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong passion for the fitness and wellness industry and active interest in wearable tech.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site Danish-speaking jobs opportunity.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium technical and product support to Danish-speaking users of Fitbit fitness and wellness trackers
