Mercier Consultancy Group in Bulgaria is offering a Danish-speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position. You will assist Danish users with device questions, heart-rate, sleep tracking, and data synchronization while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires native or fluent Danish and an EU passport, and applicants must be willing to relocate to Sofia for on-site work. The company provides full relocation, paid training, health insurance, and a competitive monthly salary

Qualifications

Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport.

Responsibilities

Provide premium technical and product support to Danish-speaking users of Fitbit fitness and wellness trackers.
Assist customers with heart-rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and physical activity data synchronization queries.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues with precision and empathy.

Stay updated on the latest developments within the fitness and wellness industry to provide expert-level guidance.
