Next Job Abroad is seeking Customer Support Consultants to assist users of everyday apps, wallets and streaming accounts. No technical degree required and you will be part of a highly social team.

The role requires Danish fluency plus strong English, and you should enjoy talking to people. You will work 10:00–19:00, Monday through Friday, with relocation support to Sofia including hotel stay and training.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish and solid English skills.
• Enjoy talking to people and solving quick puzzles.
• Good computer skills to handle chats, emails and phone tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist users via chat, email and phone with non-technical issues.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful and solution-oriented approach.
• Work the 10:00–19:00 shift, Monday to Friday.
