Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent English written and verbal communication abilities.
• Intermediate Danish (B1/B2) is required.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
• Comfort with confidential information and professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding pricing, availability, order status, and shipping information.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer across departments.
• Process customer orders ensuring accurate pricing, product details, and delivery information.
• Direct requests to appropriate internal teams and track follow-up.
• Acknowledge orders, communicate changes, and manage backorders.
• Use ERP systems to ensure accurate customer data and interpret quotes and policies.
• Follow service quality and SOPs and participate in training guidelines.
• Comply with ISO 13485, ISO 9001 requirements.
• Perform additional tasks to support business operations.
• Maintain high standards for service quality and documentation.
