Job summary

Terma A/S in Lystrup, Denmark is seeking a Customer Order Coordinator to own customer cases from quotation to delivery, coordinating with customers and across departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.

The role involves working with export requirements, ERP systems, and various IT tools, with a shift towards greater responsibility as you build product and process knowledge. A team of 5–6 colleagues supports a collaborative, open culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer communication and order management.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and other IT tools.
• Willing to do a small amount of hands-on work in the warehouse.
• Technical background or interest in learning about technical products.
• Team player who can find a path forward when the answer is not clear.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and process customer orders based on purchase orders.
• Communicate with customers and align expectations and agreements.
• Follow up on orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle returns and coordinate repairs with repair facilities.
• Identify products and help find the right solution for the customer.
