Terma Group in Denmark is hiring a Customer Order Coordinator to manage their own customer cases from quotation to delivery. You will communicate with customers, align expectations, follow up on orders, handle returns and coordinate repairs, while identifying the right solutions across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer communication and order management.
• Comfortable with ERP systems and other IT tools.
• Willing to perform light warehouse tasks when needed.
• Technical background or willingness to learn about technical products.
• Team player who can navigate ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and process customer orders based on purchase orders.
• Communicate with customers and align expectations and agreements.
• Follow up on orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle returns and coordinate repairs with repair facilities.
• Identify products and help find the right solution for the customer.
