Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfillment, customer service, supply planning, or related supply chain functions.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to own tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order fulfillment across manufacturing sites and distribution partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage order exceptions and supply chain disruptions by identifying risks and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Care and stakeholders to align commitments with capabilities.
• Work with logistics, warehousing, and transportation to optimize product flow.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
