Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Representative, Order Fulfillment at our Nordborg, Denmark headquarters to help ensure products from our distribution center reach Danfoss' largest European customers. You’ll link manufacturing sites, distribution operations and customer-facing teams to maintain reliable product availability and smooth deliveries.

The role offers broad exposure to end-to-end supply chain in an international environment.

Qualifications

Experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or related supply chain roles.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to own tasks in fast-paced settings.
Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Coordinate order fulfillment activities across manufacturing sites and distribution partners to ensure orders are delivered efficiently and on time.
Manage order exceptions and supply chain disruptions by identifying risks and resolving delivery issues.
Collaborate with Customer Care teams and stakeholders to align commitments with capabilities and priorities.
Work with logistics, warehousing, and transportation teams to optimize product flow and resolve challenges.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
