Job summary

Corpay is hiring a Customer Success Representative in Copenhagen to onboard customers to our B2B SaaS Payables platform and drive adoption of our FX product. You will lead end-to-end onboarding, ensure compliant and efficient go-live, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Development to deliver a seamless journey.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Interest in B2B SaaS onboarding and/or KYC processes.
• Thrives on customer outreach and engagement with high activity levels.
• Comfortable driving structured onboarding and end-to-end KYC processes.
• Clear communication with customers and stakeholders, and proficient with CRM/operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding process and successful platform implementation.
• Coordinate internally with Sales, Compliance, and Product for smooth onboarding.
• Proactively remove friction to ensure go-live is efficient and well-structured.
