Job summary

Market Pay is seeking a Boarding Specialist to join our onboarding team in Copenhagen. You will own the customer journey from the moment a new merchant is handed over by Sales through go-live and beyond, ensuring a smooth setup and confident adoption.

You will set up and manage acquiring applications, coordinate with our partners and internal teams, and translate complex payments and compliance requirements into clear language for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding or onboarding coordination is a plus.
• Knowledge of payments domain and merchant onboarding processes is desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from handover to go-live and beyond.
• Set up and manage acquiring applications and merchant maintenance.
• Guide customers through requirements and compliance needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage deadlines and keep stakeholders aligned.
