Job summary

Ebury Copenhagen is seeking a Customer Relations Executive for Customer Success to be the main contact for corporate clients, delivering daily operational and trading assistance and acting as an ambassador for our product. The role requires fluent Danish and business English, strong client servicing and Excel skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with monthly peaks.

• Fluent Danish and business-level English required.
