You will collaborate with the Customer Service and Customer Account Executive teams to deliver high-performance support and first-class service to internal and external customers, reporting to the Head of Customer Support. You will handle inquiries by chat, email, and phone, troubleshoot issues, document cases, and provide timely resolutions while contributing to knowledge bases and working with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Danish and English.
• Familiar with ticketing systems and support workflows (Jira/Intercom).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone—timely, professional and friendly.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide accurate solutions, and escalate when needed.
• Guide customers step by step to maximize product value.
• Document and track all customer cases with follow-up until resolution.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to report bugs and share feedback.
• Contribute to knowledge base with FAQs, help articles, and internal guides.
