The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley, we are starting our own battery cell production and ramping up our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization oversees battery cell development, including research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing, and analysis of battery cells.
How You Will CELLebrate
- Lead technical feasibility studies in mixing and coating and support the ramp-up of B- and C-sample production.
- Manage the transfer of product specifications to process feasibility.
- Formulate detailed technical requirements and specifications for intermediate products within the mixing and coating processes.
- Prepare product/process gap analysis and risk analysis (DFM/NPI).
- Utilize product and process data to analyze issues, work with experts to develop solutions, and present findings to ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Represent development in all necessary project committees related to the interface between development and production.
What You Need For Our CELLebration
- Degree in engineering (mechanical, production, chemical, environmental technology, supply engineering) or comparable education.
- Work experience in process technology for manufacturing battery cells at mass production scale.
- Experience in measurement technology related to mixing and coating.
- Strong ability to work in a team, with a willingness and desire to cooperate in an innovative and international environment.
- Intercultural competence and readiness for international travel to support at production sites.
