As a Technical Sales Manager with a strong customer focus, you will represent a first-class portfolio of precious metal chemicals and homogeneous catalysts in a globally operating company.

In conjunction with your traveling activities, you will ensure close support of our key customers, develop new customer relationships, and participate in conferences and trade fairs to meet business objectives.

Based on your intimacy with customers and market areas, as well as your technical and commercial expertise, you will provide important impulses for innovation processes and the strategic development of our product portfolio.

You will continuously expand your network within the scientific, technical, and industrial environments related to our products.

You will collaborate with international teams at our sites to achieve targets.

Who we are looking for
  • Master's degree in Chemistry / Process Engineering (TU / TH)
  • Ideally specialized in organometallic chemistry and homogeneous catalysis
  • Several years of professional experience in technical-chemical sales, preferably including pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset, negotiation skills, and effective networking abilities
  • Experience managing customer projects and internal projects
  • Financial competence is a plus; basic SAP knowledge is desirable
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20-30%, nationally and internationally
  • Committed, responsible, and engaging demeanor
  • Organizational talent, creativity, and pragmatism
  • Excellent teamwork skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental and cross-location collaboration with production, research, QM, etc.
  • Professional proficiency in German and English
