As the Engineering Manager for the newly formed Growth Squad you will lead a strategically vital team focused on accelerating the productled growth of deskbird Europes fastestevolving workplace experience platform. Youll empower your squad foster efficient delivery processes and stay handson in building key features across the frontend backend and cloud infrastructure. Your time will be split approximately 50 / 50 between leading and developing your team and contributing directly to technical solutions.
