How you will create an impact :

• Take over the end-to-end responsibility for custom software solutions, from proposal stage, requirements engineering, solution design, and development until rollout and transition into the software lifecycle
• Use your unique vision to inspire clients and realize their business processes and strategies in apps and software
• Be involved from the start by drafting business proposals, determining project scopes, and conceptualizing solutions for our clients
• Team up with clients, consultants, UX designers, and technical experts to lead the development of innovative concepts
• Take the lead on implementing your software vision with internal and external development teams, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting cost and quality expectations

About you :

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (business, computer science, or a related field) and one to three years of professional experience in consulting, software development, or product management.
• You have knowledge of and are enthusiastic about technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts.
• You have a proven record of initial experience as a (technical) project manager.
• You have first experience with customer- and consumer-facing applications, ideally in digital pricing, digital marketing, or digital sales.
• You are familiar with software development concepts (e.g., microservices vs. monolith) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, test-driven development, etc.).
• You have refined problem-solving skills to creatively translate business needs into digital solutions.
• You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and work proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically with clients, consultants, and developers.
• You are fluent in English (proficiency in additional languages, especially German, is a major advantage).
• Ideally, you have a good understanding or hands-on experience with topics like CI/CD, relational databases, data integrations, programming, DevOps, and Cloud infrastructure.
