- Production of baked goods for our customers, adhering to recipes and manufacturing procedures
- Scheduling staff for shifts and monitoring workflow plans
- Training and onboarding new and existing employees
- Maintaining quality standards and controlling quantities of baked goods and doughs
- Ensuring daily cleaning and temperature measurements
- Responsible for proper shift handovers
- Completed training as a baker or master baker
- Initial experience in team leadership or shift management
- Manual dexterity and meticulous working style
- Independent work approach and organizational skills
- Flexibility and physical resilience
