Responsibilities include:

  1. Spending most of your time on the floor, checking the cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas.
  2. Representing the Housekeeping Operations Manager in their absence.
  3. Co-managing our housekeeper team, consisting of internal staff and external cleaning companies, ensuring team cohesion.
  4. Training and instructing staff, ensuring quality standards are met and maintained.
  5. Assisting in coordinating external companies, managing orders, and verifying delivery notes.
  6. Working closely with our hosts and hotel technical staff to meet guest needs.
