• You lead and continuously develop all quality assurance and control processes across four production sites.

• With a strong customer focus, you develop and implement modern quality management systems and standards (e.g. ISO 9001).

• You ensure compliance with legal and internal quality requirements.

• You plan and confidently conduct internal and external audits – from preparation to follow-up.

• You analyze quality metrics and derive targeted improvement measures.

• You handle customer complaints in a solution-oriented and sustainable manner.

• You are responsible for strategic supplier management to ensure supplier quality.

• You collaborate closely with other departments to achieve quality objectives holistically.

• You hold a degree in engineering, natural sciences, or quality management – or have completed a relevant vocational training program.

• You bring solid professional experience in quality assurance and control, ideally complemented by initial leadership experience.

• You are well-versed in relevant norms and standards, especially those related to ISO 9000 / 14000 / 50000, and have applied them in practice.

• Your analytical mindset, structured and detail-oriented working style, and high quality awareness set you apart.

• You apply your strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and problem-solving abilities effectively in your daily work.

• You are willing to travel regularly to our sites to ensure cross-location quality on a personal level (approx. 30% travel required).

• Your affinity for complex processes and strong customer orientation make you the ideal candidate for this role.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level), is required.
