Qualifikationen

Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Working towards ALDI's net-zero target and supporting the global sustainability strategy
• Collaborating with the product team to translate business requirements into specifications and user stories; bridging the communication between technical and non-technical requirements
• Driving the collection, processing, management and interpretation of requirements in a manner that is understandable to stakeholders with varying degrees of knowledge about sustainability and technology
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for successful execution of work packages
• Supporting the Product Owner in evaluating the product backlog priorities by ensuring the business requirements are represented
• Designing innovative climate solutions through cross-functional teamwork and the continuous creation of product increments
• Assuming responsibility for end-to-end processes of climate-related sustainability topics
• Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance efficiency within the product team

Your Profile

What you should have.

• At least three years of experience in IT, sustainability or a related field
• Degree in IT, business informatics, sustainability or a comparable field
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with experience in requirements engineering
• Excellent communication skills in target-group-oriented contexts and good intercultural awareness
• Knowledge of requirement-gathering techniques, user stories and use cases
• Experience in agile team setups
• Fluency in English
• Courage to apply even if not all prerequisites are met - we highly value diverse experiences and perspectives
