In the course of your varied role, you will manage the entire section of our store. Your responsibilities include overseeing sales and revenue, controlling goods flow, and organizing staffing. You will ensure the department's layout is attractive and merchandise is presented to promote sales. Your personal and expert advice will enhance the shopping experience for our discerning customers, supported by your confident demeanor and good manners. Additionally, you will lead, motivate, and coordinate your staff team.

• Successfully completed commercial training in retail or comparable education/training
• Several years of professional experience in fashion retail, such as an assistant department manager or deputy
• Great passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
• Excellent customer focus and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and highly developed people skills
